RoHS Statement

Electro-Matic plans to comply with the environmental standards concerning the elimination of hazardous materials from our products and manufacturing processes pertinent to European Directive 2002/95/EC.

Electro-Matic recognizes the need to be a responsible corporate citizen. To accomplish that, we have been working to gather the necessary information from our suppliers, to assess, and if necessary, implement the appropriate modifications required to our products and processes that will bring our products into compliance with these two EU directives. We will periodically update our progress to keep you, our valued customers, informed of our progress.

Policy Statement on Conflict Minerals

Electro-Matic Ventures, Inc. and its subsidiaries (Electro-Matic Products, Inc., Electro-Matic Integrated, Inc., Electro-Matic Visual, Inc., and Electro-Matic Products) are committed to being responsible corporate citizens with awareness of social and environmental issues.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) adopted a conflict minerals rule as mandated by Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. Under these rules, publicly traded companies must annually report to the SEC whether the products they manufacture contain conflict minerals, which are minerals smelted into tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) sourced from entities which directly or indirectly finance conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

Electro-Matic is not publicly traded, however, our intention is to comply with these rules as part of our community responsibility and our responsibility to our customers. By using the common framework provided by the Responsible Minerals Initiative, we conduct our due diligence consistent with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, including assessing reports for completeness and consistency.

Electro-Matic does not directly source conflict minerals, therefore, we require the cooperation of our suppliers. We expect our suppliers to establish their own conflict minerals policies, reasonable due diligence, and management systems to exclude conflict minerals from the products being sold to Electro-Matic.
